Texture didn't map correctly when importing to Blender

Hi friends, Blender / RealityCapture noob here

I imported a model from RealityCapture into Blender and my texture got all mixed up and I’m not sure what to do or how to fix it.

Workflow:

I used drones to take pictures of a building and then got the model made in RealityCapture. I took that model into Blender and polished it up, created a UV Map, and then threw it back into RC to do a Texture Reprojection. After this, I was going to put the model back into Blender to play with the scaling and the model came out like this. Any thoughts?

Edit: Also, I was wondering if anyone knew why my model / texture was really dark. Thanks!

how does your model look in RealityCapture? Have you unwrapped it again in RC after reimport?
