Texture broken after mesh edit in Zbrush


I tried to edit mesh (removing small bumps) in Zbrush after 3d object reconstruction in CR.
Unfortunately after the edit texture is broken. Is there a effective way of editing mesh without breaking texture?

are you inspecting the model in Sketchfab or ? have you inspected the actual texture file for artifacts or just on the model ?
Because, at least in the screenshot, it looks like a display issue, not a texturing problem…
