Text inside a retainer box becomes blurry and wrapping becomes messed up

As the title says, here’s the text without a retainer box:

Any one got a solution for this? I noticed on different resolution the wrapping messed up in different ways

I had issues with retainer boxes and the incorrect line spacing. Unticking “Retain Render” in the retainer boxes properties fixed it for me.
