Text from detail panel missing? UE5

So most of the text from the details panel has disappeared and seems to be the case for 5 and 5.1 does anyone happen to know a fix? I wanted to ask here before I do an install cycle.

Put your mouse on the far left and drag the dialog across. The descriptions are hidden.
