I received Moderator’s feedback to test my game to confirm cross-play functionality between the Epic Games Store and Steam in order to launch for purchase. I opened a new private case, 00637241, on 10/14/2023. However, I still have another case, 00624854, which was opened on 09/15/2023 and is currently under the status “Waiting on Internal.”

[ I’m concerned about whether my new private case, 00637241, opened on 10/14/2023, will be addressed, given that case 00624854 from 09/15/2023 has not received a response. ]

Furthermore, I am unable to change the priority of my new private case, 00637241, to high.
