Im looking for some guidance and clarity regarding tesselation, im pretty sure this was doable before ue5 release and then they removed it post ue5 because they favored nanite instead, which resulted in quite alot of backlash resulting in them adding the posibillity to do it again with the r.nanite.allowtesselation 1 etc commands. However, im working on a bit older machine for the time being and using nanite have a pretty hefty performance cost compared to using LODs, is there a way to use tesselation/displacement the good old way without nanite?
