Tesla V100 graphics card with Windows server 2019

I have installed a Tesla V100 graphics card on my windows server alonside the onboard graphics card.
I am trying to get Unreal Engine 5.1.1 but keep getting an error “A D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine”
I tried a lot of methods online but couldn’t handle it

Can someone help how to solve this issue ?
