Terrain height and sculpting DOWN into terrain

AS title indicates, how do I figure height of terrain ?

I"ll keep checking, as I did find it earlier but no longer. (page that talked about height, sizes and I don’t mean terrain sizes ue4 suppoorts)

My terrain says 150 Z scale in details panel, but I have no frame of ref. to know how that figure relates to what I need , as in meters.

Also , since terrain is say -512 to 512 and I have a flat sea level area with mountains, why can’t I dig down very far given those ranges , and whats the formula again to know what range I have.

AS noted, I’ve tried searching internet and DOCS for the page that talked about this issue, but finding nothing so far.

I hope somebody knows how,or where this doc is

Bumping as I’m not having similar issues in another engine, hoping its a fix I"ve just missed.
