Terrain editor and Landscape mode

What is the difference between these two modes? All I could see was that they had different interfaces.

Those terms come from UDK:

terrain editor: old landscape tool in UDK
landscape mode: new landscape tool in UDK

Because in udk you had two tool to create a terrain :slight_smile:

So is landscape editor just an improved version of terrain editor?

In UDK yes -> in the UE4 you just have the landscape mode
