Terrain Deformation

Not sure if this is the correct place to place this question, but is it possible to allow the terrain to be destructible/deformable? In other words, I don’t refer to destructible static meshes I place into the game, but the actual terrain I sculpted with the terrain tool. Maybe through code or blueprint?

And if so, where would be a good place to start?
