Terrain Creation: Weird behavior of Erosion Tool

Hey there,

so I am following along an Unreal Engine 5 Terrain Tutorial.
I set up the terrain, painted some rolling hills and now I want to use the Erosion tool to make the hills look more natural.

However, the tool is not behaving like in the video, adding like little bumps and lows in my terrain, but somehow behaves like the alpha or pattern brush, weirdly destroying and destorting my terrain. This is how it looks like: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Does anyone know, what might be a fix for this?
I am using Unreal Engine 5.2.1 on a MacBook Pro M1 Max with 64 GB of RAM.

Okay nevermind.
I found the solution.

For all those, who might experiencing the same issues:
Make sure you have “Combined Layers Operations” turned off.

That did the trick for me!
