I'm needing to show hills and slopes around a house with a basement, when I use the terrain tools to raise/lower as needed, the terrain ignores the house model and raises through it. Is there any way to tell it to ignore the geometry?

Thank you for posting in the community about the landscape tool.
Typically we recommend modeling some of the landscape near the building and using the sculpting tools to make sure the terrain is not inside the house. When sculpting, choosing the right brush and bringing the diameter with the applicable size and intensity will help get better slopes. The flatten tool is quite helpful as well.
