You need game to publish this map, and sadly You are about 6 months too late, epic discontinued unreal on ue4 engine.

Are you making this map for Fortnite or Unreal? So you should get unreal for fortnite editor, and make it for that game.
I am confused here because this is unreal engine subforum not fortnite sectiom.
And that open source unreal ressurection project kind of died last summer. So if you want to make maps for THAT unreal, you need to google for some unofficial places (I am sure they are out there).

I think you cannot make Fortnite map in regular unreal editor. I did not try yet that new Fortnite editor, so I am not 100% sure. Just ask in fortnite part of this forum.
