teleportation in VR template not working // 2 navigations generated

Hello,

I have been working on that project coming from TWINMOTION;
I have imorted it today using data assets, applied collision to all static meshes (complex collision as simple).

I have used the navigation mesh of the original template, it is finally working very well in all the levels I have in my model, I have checked the player collision , it is there, but I still cannot teleport in the VR preview, please see below.




I have tried teleportation in the original template before I delete most of it, it is working.
Maybe I am still missing something?

I have realized also that I have 2 navigations generated?? please see the images below , the ground is in 2 segments, I can delete the one below but how to remove the navigation below it? could this be the problem preventing the navigation ?


Hope someone could point out the problem?
I am not sure of what I am missing here? Do I need to apply further collision? Or maybe the problem is the weird navigation that was generated?
