Technical Issue with Intel Evo Laptop: Unreal Engine Support Needed

Hello Unreal Engine Community,

I hope you’re all having a productive day. I’m currently encountering a technical issue with my Intel Evo laptop when using Unreal Engine, and I’m seeking some assistance or advice from the community.

Issue Details:

Laptop: Intel Evo-certified device
Operating System: Windows 10
Problem Description: Whenever I try to launch Unreal Engine, the program crashes or freezes at startup. I’ve tried reinstalling Unreal Engine and updating my graphics drivers, but the issue persists.
Steps Taken:

Graphics Driver Update: Ensured that my Intel Evo laptop has the latest graphics drivers installed.
Reinstallation: Attempted to resolve the issue by reinstalling Unreal Engine.
Compatibility Settings: Tried running Unreal Engine in compatibility mode for different versions of Windows, but with no success.
System Restart: Restarted my laptop multiple times to see if the issue resolves itself.

Despite these efforts, I haven’t been able to get Unreal Engine running smoothly on my Intel Evo laptop. Has anyone else encountered similar issues or have any suggestions for troubleshooting this problem?

Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Best regards,

Did it ever run?

Am I correct in assuming that the GPU ( graphics card ) is Intel? Do you know how much VRAM it has?

From the sound of it, I don’t think it’s going to work on this hardware
