Team Selector For Search And Destroy

Hi, I wanted some help to make a system that I’ve been months to do. Is there any way to make a team selection system that chooses once and doesn’t need to choose more in the next rounds? Then after 5 rounds who is on team 1 goes to 2 and team 2 goes to 1. I’m doing a search and destroy and it would be very useful if I managed to make this system, I’ve been months and I haven’t been able to do anything… (sorry English from google translator, I’m Brazilian)

Yes,
If you don’t want to use verse,
I would guess something like,
Set up 2 Team Settings Devices for each team, A tracker to track 5 rounds then that event turns on the Switch To Team function of 2 Class Selector Volumes that cover each Spawn Area.

I think I understand a little bit of what I can do, but if you could explain a little more I would appreciate it

@DanilinZ Thank you for your report! We would like to look into this further, would you be able to submit a bug report using the form available here? Fortnite Creative
For more information, such as how to get the reference ID, please check out the article here: https://create.fortnite.com/news/using-the-creative-and-uefn-bug-reporting-form

OK I’m learning too, so we can dedicate this thread to getting it working. I may be wrong with how to do this, but we can get there.

Start with a new blank map, you can copy the devices over to your project later, and i’ts quicker to test if everything works.

If you want the teams set up differently with different weapons use at least 2 Class Designer Devices and go through the settings and set them as you want.

Next get 2 Team Setting Devices, go through the settings and set them how you need.
Team Index 1 and Team Index 2.

Set up 10 spawn pads near each other somewhere for Pregame,

Put 5 spawn pads near each other elsewhere set Team Index 1, and 5 spawnpads near each other somewhere else as Team Index 2.

Sorry been trying to level up my battlepass before season end.

Clean up your Outliner by making some folders to group the stuff into, something like Devices/SpawnPads/Pregame.

Add a Class Selector and change its volume size to cover all team 1 spawns, add another for team 2 spawns.

Add a Tracker and set it to count 5 rounds

Now we have to use the User Functions to tie them all together.

You can try to play with them see what happens, launch session and test.

I’ll show you the settings when I get it done.

Ok, I put all the devices you mentioned, what do I do now?

Still here, just trying to get it working.

I’m an idiot…

setting this all up and the answer was right in front of me, lucky tho because I am having trouble with my launched sessions being unlit, even in edit mode, can’t see a thing only HUD.

OK, no need for anything other than basic pregame spawns, team 1 spawns and team 2 spawns
In island settings there is Total Rounds which you were going with 10, Below that is the option Team Rotation, which you want set to 5
