For some context, my previous team name was PlayGround Studio and I then changed it. I changed both my team name in the fortnite creator portal (the website) and my creator code to the new name. However, my creator page on fortnite (the one in the screenshot) still shows my old team name. How can I update that name to the new team name?
Not updating your map after changing your name could be the issue. After updating the map, I recommend waiting a few days to give time for everything to process.
