Instructions:

  1. In your MetaHuman blueprint, add a body component named Necklace and make it a child of the body.

  2. Inside the component, put the chosen skeletal mesh asset and the animation blueprint.

Hi! Yes, it now works fully in UE 5.7. We just pushed an update (June 8) that brings the real-time physics simulation to the latest version, all three variants (pearls, chain, pendant) included. Just grab the latest from the Launcher and you’re good to go. Let me know if anything comes up!
