Targets cannot be built in the Debug configuration with this engine distribution

After setup debug in configuration, build it. And get this error…

Xcode 11.3.1

I’m having the same issue after upgrading to 4.25 and XCode 11.3.1 on Mac OSX. Other profiles build fine, but not Debug.
