Targeting camera

So I’m currently attempting to set up a standard targeting camera in my project, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to make it function a certain way.

As you can see here in this function, it forces my camera to look at the enemy’s location. It works fine, but I still want a bit of control over the camera. What I want to do is make it so I can still move the camera’s pitch, but I can’t really figure out how to do so.

If anyone could help me out, that would be awesome!
