I need to make targets for aerial photogrammetry, is it possible to print the targets in a larger format, for example 50cmx50cm?

Once you export markers from RealityCapture you can edit them any way you want.
You can change them from PDF to PNG to be able to change their size, and you can color them. Regarding the change of colors, you can try on a smaller dataset first, but I cannot guarantee that it is going to work.
