Tanget Space normals / Color change (bug)?

Hi Epic Games,

I wonder about the color change between 4.1 and 4.2. When I go into Photoshop (RGB 128, 128, 255) Hex # 8080ff take and copy in 4.1 I have Hex # 0909FF00 in 4.2 3838FFFF.

In 4.1 I have seamless normal maps, in 4.2 they look terrible.

ah ok i can not change the Sampler Type from color to normal. When i import a normal in 4.1 and improve this to 4.2 it works fine.
