This video goes over the basics of how to get animation into Unreal. It also demonstrates how to assemble those animations in sequencer as well as how to export that back to Maya for adjustments.

Videos like this are massive time savers.
If you are doing a revision to this video it would be great to include a section where you show where to set the Z up coordinate in Maya.
Also one section covering the scenario where the Maya scene isn’t set up to Z up and how to bring in those files in UE.

That would make this video one of the most comprehensive ones for beginners.
