Take Recorder > spawned actors physics are innacurate?

Hi, I am using Take Recorder to record about 40 physics simulating spawned actors using ‘All Nearby Spawned Actors’ source. In play mode (while recording) they sim as expected - colliding with the floor per their collision settings.

Problem is, when I play back the recording in sequencer the behaviour is different (bad): some actors penetrate the floor and some go flying off wildly.

I see when I record a couple actors like this they are recorded properly, so I’m assuming I’m throwing too much at Take Recorder. Tried turning on substepping but didn’t appear to make a difference.

Any ideas?

the answer is put a boolean for physics actors, and while rendering in sequencer close their gravity and simulate physics. This will help render as recorded.
