This Tab https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Engine/Blueprints/UserGuide/Components/index.html dont appear, Appear, only “My Caracter”
Go to Window -> Components, this should show the components tab, if this does not work then reset the UE4 layout by going to Window -> Reset Layout.
