System.UnauthorizedAccessException: IOError UE4Editor.modules [4-27]

Hello, everyone,
I uploaded a pure code plug-in of the markplace.[4-27], Before uploading, I compiled it on multiple machines not any problems, no warnings and no errors, but when submitted to the mark place, UE4Editor.modules file is denied access.
I tried to clean up some cache regeneration projects, but I still couldn’t find this problem

  1. The rider editor I use.

  2. The HTTP module is referenced in the pure editor plug-in.

  3. In UE4 7 and updated to the latest
