Can one simulate some plugin water? Sure! But manage your expectations.
If you’ve already bought it, it’s fine. If you can find a laptop with an 8GB 4060, that’d more future-proof.
It all depends on the scope. Are you simulating 100k particles or 100m? The CPU is fine, especially in a laptop. Note that the engine is hungry, no matter what you’re doing.
