System error with launching ue4

hello i seem to have a sysem error when i want to launch ue4 to start for the first time.
the error says i have a api ms win runtime file missing and i cant seem to find any solution for it.

Hi Kevinpatteet,

What are the exact steps you are taking before this error occurs?
Have you already installed the editor?
If you go to the filepath where you installed the editor \Unreal Engine\ENGINEVERSION\binaries\Win64\ are you able to open the file UE4Editor.exe or do you still get the same error?
