This definitely helped alot and i did have java 17 set up. i made sure the environment settings where correct too






These where my settings after it worked i took snap shots of everything i changed. i did the testing in launch game after setting up developer mode took me a week to figure out didnt go to bed until 7am most days trying to figure it out. ive made a couple of games and had my friends test them and mostly works theres still some tweaks but it is working now

Same issue here. With UE5.3, after following official android guide.

A simple local fix works for me is like this:
In Engine\Source\Developer\LauncherServices\Private\Launcher\LauncherWorker.cpp
