Syncing issue with arid desert 4.6

I tried to download the 4.6 version of arid desert but unfortunately I get the Syncing message as seen here: http://puu.sh/dlS2p/24fc752168.jpg .

I can download free packages.
I deleted the vault cache content but it didn’t fix.
I have tried with various VPNs and without VPN but nothing worked.

Please try the troubleshooting steps linked below. Afterwards if the issue is still present, follow the steps at the bottom of the page to find your ‘Verbose Logs’ and post them here. They will help us track down the issue.
