In 2024, I read on Reddit about the Fab announcement and the opportunity to claim Megascans assets on the Quixel website, so I did that. Later, when there was a chance to claim them on Fab, I was unable to do so and I missed that opportunity.
At the moment, I have all the assets on the Quixel website (18,000) and can use them via Quixel Bridge, but my Fab account is empty. Since then, I have contacted the support team a couple of times regarding this issue (at the beginning of 2025 and again recently), and each time I received the same response: “The transfer of entitlements is not possible between Fab and Bridge. We suggest downloading the assets you have on Bridge.”
Frankly speaking, this situation has been causing me a lot of stress. I understand that access to these assets is more of a privilege or a “gift” from the company, and I truly appreciate it. However, that also makes it difficult to accept losing access to these assets.
As a character artist, I use these assets for backgrounds and as a base for my characters. I am also still learning Unreal Engine and planning to create a demo scene, but without these assets, it will be very difficult, if not impossible.
I have a few questions:

Is there any chance of synchronizing Quixel and Fab accounts in the future?
