SyllasVieira - Great American City

Great American City is a special project. I focused on creating the center of a metropolis based on buildings from large American cities, following a modern game standard. I was concerned with creating high-quality models with the lowest possible polygon count for performance. Different modeling techniques and materials were used to provide a variable and realistic immersion.

A car with various colors was added to the package, as well as some vegetation and several other assets. I added night lighting for the buildings that can be turned on in the material instance (Night Light), and I added a map to help you.

please for some details, is building walls one sided or have backfaces. is there any simple interior space, that is point of question? same for doors and windows, is just one sided or have full geometry?

Alas, this asset is too broken, that is, a ground will be divided into many small pieces, so it will be very troublesome to avoid gaps between two assets when you splicing. Of course, the advantage of this is that the degree of freedom is high, and the only disadvantage is that it is too broken, and it will take a lot of time to splicing! Maybe I should combine those tiny grids into one.

Very nice city chunk! Buildings are mostly one piece, road etc are modular.. Making it very easy to make our own and expand. Meshes and textures are good and are not too much resource hungry. I added pedestrians NPC, car Traffic, and i’m drifting throught the chunk with a chaos vehicle setup and my old i7, 3060rtx with 32gb ram run it at a good steady 60fps inside Unreal.
This asset is not broken at all… And as for the price… totally worth every penny!
