I have materials that are metallic but need to be able to become translucent as you play. They don’t need to be metallic while they are Translucent. But since you can’t use both at the same time, I can’t simply use a translucent material and change the opacity when I need to see through it. And I really don’t want to have to make a translucent version of every single material in the game just so I can switch between the opaque and translucent versions of the materials. I see the option for material overrides, and you can override the blend mode, but I can’t find any information or documentation for how to do this in blueprint during gameplay. Does anyone know anything about this?
