It is not possible to switch to a shaded view. Therefore the only way is to use FILTERING and just use APPLY button there – this way you get a secondary model which can be colored/textured. You will have the original model untouched…
Thanks for your reply and suggestion - maybe something to add to the wishlist then. I’ve just started using this app and overall I find it really impressive. Gotten great results and pretty quick even on an older computer. Now to figure out how to project a texture onto a retopologized imported mesh…
But you can create shaded renders and videos of your models directly in any version of RealityCapture.
