Swarm Coordinator only connecting with windows firewall disabled

Hi

Our swarm coordinator is nownotconnecting to agents, unless we disable the windows firewall on the coordinator machine. This has started happening since a recent windows update. Are there any specif rules or steps in the windows firewall to fix this? Opening ports 8008,8009 and allowing the program through isnt solving the issue this time.
