Sorry if this has been asked before but I didn’t seem to find anything regarding my problem. I’m using Metahumans within UE5.0.3 , and I’m facing a strange issue that I cannot understand. I’ve got a dress with a chaos cloth physics assets (no LODs, just LOD 0), and if I attach it to the 3rdPerson Blueprint from the beginning, everything looks fine. BUT I also created a functionality in which you can swap your clothes with a mannequin (like in a fashion store), and if I use this with the skeletal mesh that has the chaos cloth asset the simulation doesn’t carry over to the 3rd person. Any idea of why this is happening? The swap is performed via a Set Skeletal Mesh node within a blueprint, nothing fancy.
Am I missing something? I’ve tried stopping and resuming the simulation via blueprint after the swap, but to no avail.
