Swap Skeleton on Animations?

I have a bunch of weapon meshes and different skeletons (for various weapons), and even more animations. On import the wrong skeleton was assigned to a couple animations. And I cannot find an easy way to edit the skeleton that is assigned to the animation. Other than deleting and re-importing and assigning said correct skeleton. Is this possible? to be able to switch the skeleton from a drop down when I open the animation in the editor?
