Surfaces reflecting light from other rooms

Lights from other rooms are reflecting on surfaces in this room. This is consistent throughout my project. The lights being reflected in the glass here are ceiling point lights from the floor below. Any ideas on how I can prevent this? The lights have cast shadows enabled. I’m using Lumen, hardware ray tracing, hit lighting for reflections and the project is running in UE 5.3 preview. I was experiencing the same in UE5.2 release before updating to 5.3
