I had been really fascinated by Unreal Engines for a couple of years & had just recently been given a Microsoft Surface Pro I was wanting to know if its powerful enough to use Unreal Engines to work on ?
It most likely is sufficient, the only thing that might hold you back is gpu and RAM. I would just try it out for yourself.
