Steps to Reproduce
I have tried switching devices and browsers, but neither worked. After filling in the detailed description, I clicked the submit button, and then time seemed to freeze. The page showed no changes, and the submit button became unclickable.
When using the browser’s F12 developer tools, an error and a warning appear. I’m not sure if this is related to the issue.
I have manually submitted a refund request via email to your fab-support email address. However, I have not received any confirmation email, and I cannot confirm whether you have received my refund request.

Nothing happened.
