Installed the files from @Maternal. I’m happy that the 3dConnexion SpaceNavigator works excellent under UE4 (v4.11.2)!
Yes, THANK YOU! for this, I have started to become dependant on my 3d Mouse, It makes navigating so much easier especially if you move between several programs that all seem to use slightly different keys for movement etc. Thank you all for figuring this out and getting it working!

Unzip this to:
%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Epic Games\4.12\Engine\Plugins\
Open up the editor. Go to Edit > Plugins > Input Devices >. Click the check box to enable and restart the Editor. It should work after that assuming you have drivers and such installed for your SpaceMouse already.

Spacemouse Enterprise working well. The tilt left/right axis isn’t responding, and I had to invert all the axis’ to get it to behave the way I was used to, and I’d prefer to be able to rotate around my target link in Maya, but just having it working is awesome! Very cool, Thanks!

I did try my first game Cooking and I had problem, it didn’t work. At the end of log I found this:
