August 8, 2023 - Today I found a Support A Creator Device on one of my islands. 1038-6888-3733
The map was created near the end of the Support A Creator devices being available on islands. The device was automatically removed via a Epic Update that removed them for all Creators. Since that update the device has not been on the island. Plus the island has never been featured in Discover after months of being created.
Today I was editing the map, and found the device setting on the island even though it wasn’t there just a few days ago. I deleted it. Hopefully the map finally gets in Discover now.
I have a few islands that still use the trap style player spawners and every update i push it will automatically create 1 of the newer style player spawners, so thats sort of a similar issue…devices showing up out of nowhere…
Stevie-Moon, tonight I found a second Support A Creator Device on a second island. I know for a fact that one of them wasn’t visible just a few days ago, so it appears to be a problem with a recent update that’s making them appear in islands again. I’m deleting them as I find them, and re-publishing the maps.
