SUPER low frame rates on my Mac

I have a Mac M2 and from what I’ve seen, it should be able to run just fine on my computer. I am getting a consistent rate of 6-10 fps. I don’t know if it’s a settings issue or a bug, but I’d love any input.

Edit: I am on UE5, I don’t know what the settings should be. I have already watched a couple optimization videos but none of them seem to make a large difference. I am trying the first person level. Just the one UE gives you.

You’re gonna need to give more information than that- what version number, what default level, what your default project settings are.
