SUP2023 - DATASMITH EXPORTER FOR SKETCHUP PRO 2023 - Download Error

I’ve been trying to download the Datasmith Exporter plugin for SketchUp and get stuck at the programme install. The new programme cannot be installed due to an older programme still present on my PC, even though it was removed a while back. The older version is ‘unrealDatasmithSketchUpExporter_4_27.msi’.

When I go to My Programmes, it won’t let me remove the programme because it cannot be found on there. See screenshot here. I’ve even tried to do a system search on the PC for that file but it simply cannot be found.

Can anyone give me any ideas on how to remove the UE programme that cannot be found? See snapshots.

Hi. He’s probably dont founding the older version installer.i have same issue.i downloaded older version installer but don’t installed it because its already installed.choose thate installer file path and its have been uninstalled.after thate install new version
