It has come to my attention that a map I created, which has gained significant popularity, has been subject to widespread copying, including the unauthorized use of the thumbnail I designed.
Following the implementation of the new anti-copy system, I am currently unable to utilize my original thumbnail due to its usage by other creators.
To address this issue, I would like to propose the unpublishing of all maps within the Fortnite ecosystem that have fewer than 10,000 monthly players, with a subsequent requirement for resubmission to regain publication. This approach would necessitate that creators of copied maps rename their creations and alter their thumbnails. This strategy seems to offer a viable solution to the prevalent problem of copied popular maps, as the maps most frequently copied generally have a player base exceeding 10,000 monthly players and would therefore not be impacted by this measure.
