The UEFN & Creative support for Fortnite players is completely useless, and always tells me to go to the forums. Private support is gone, even for managing my projects that can’t be archived in the Creator Portal. It’s all public support now. No more Devrels who helped us and I not go in player support because was so bad. Therefore, our only support solution is in the forums.
And that’s not even mentioning that they’ve implemented AI in their support system…
It does, however, have a page and a function for increase limit islands for creative, and if you ask, player support will give you a completely irrelevant answer, treating it as a simple request and not a specific inquiry on this
