Suggestion to have buildnumber version, and bp node that reads it.

I had some very strange troubles with unreal not deploying new version of project to android but instead using some cached files. Well I still have.

It would be nice to have project buildnumber (version number that autoincrements) exposed in blueprints. So i can show it in corner to make sure that what i am testing is latest build.

Just simple integer.

If there is something like this already in bps i am unaware of it.
