Suggestion for a Fairer Review System for Marketplace

I noticed an issue with the review system for products on the marketplace. Many buyers purchase my 3D products (and other creators’ products), but after using them they often do not leave a rating or review, even when they are satisfied with the product.

However, in some cases, a small number of buyers leave negative reviews because they do not know how to properly use the product or encounter a problem that is not actually related to the product itself. Unfortunately, these reviews can significantly affect sales and the reputation of the product.

For example, some one made more than 3,500 sales, and only received a very small number of negative reviews (around 10–20). This suggests that the vast majority of customers are satisfied, but the current review system does not always reflect that accurately.

I would like to suggest a possible improvement to make the system fairer. For example, if a buyer does not leave a review after a certain period (such as 3 months), the system could automatically count it as a positive interaction, or encourage buyers to leave feedback after they have had time to use the product. Another option could be using the download count or usage time as an indicator of satisfaction.

I believe improvements like this could help create a more balanced and fair review system for creators while still encouraging buyers to provide feedback.
