"Suggest Measurements" via CLI

Hi,
I have a Scene in RealityCapture, that was reconstructed from several images.
The global coordinate system is well defined via GCPs.

Now I have several 3D Positions that I know, and I want to get the closest projection of each of those 3D points on all images.

To get there, I load the 3D Positions as GCPs. Now i can click “Scene 1D” → “Suggest Measurements” and the 2D Projections appear. If I approve them with the “green plus” I can export the 2D Pixel position for each image. This is perfect and exactly what I need.

Unfortunately I have to do this fully automated and I can not replicate this workflow via CLI. Is there a way to trigger and confirm the suggestions via CLI?

Hello, and thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, this workflow can’t be fully automated through a CLI command, as you’ll need to manually accept the measurements to ensure they’re accurate (since there could be errors). At the moment, I’m not aware of any other ways to achieve exactly what you’re looking for.

Could this be made into an feature request?

I think it would be an awesome feature to go from “3D Space to 2D space”.
For example if you are an architect/engineer and know 3D locations that are problematic, you could extract all the images showing the spot with the exact Pixel-location.

Are there maybe other ways to achieve this? I feels so close, since all the nice functionality is there and I’m only missing the automation.
