Suddenly Suspended After My Asset Was Approved – Feeling Very Demotivated

Hi everyone,

I’m a long-time FAB seller, and I’m feeling really demotivated after what happened to my account. I recently received a 14-day suspension for an asset called “Damaged Military Jeep 3D Model - Game-Ready Post-Apocalyptic Vehicle.”

The asset was created by me originally using AI-assisted tools and my own workflow. It was not copied, ripped, or taken from another creator or Epic Games. The asset was reviewed, approved, published, and was live for sale on FAB.

Then suddenly, my listing was removed and my account was suspended for an alleged IP violation. I did not receive any warning or opportunity to clarify the issue beforehand.

What makes this more confusing is that when I search the provided Sanction ID in My Sanctions, it shows “No matches found / No matching data found.”

I have spent years building my FAB catalog and depend on marketplace income for my financial life. A sudden suspension like this is not only financially damaging, but honestly very discouraging and makes me question the trust I have placed in the marketplace.

I have already submitted an appeal and requested a manual review. I’m willing to provide source files, creation evidence, or anything else needed to prove that the asset is my original work.

Has anyone experienced something similar? What would you recommend I do next? Any advice from experienced FAB sellers would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
